Working with the byteMailer System

Access the ‘Viewing Reports’ screen by clicking ‘Reports’ in the side bar links. The summary screen displayed shows you general information about when each newsletter was sent, how many people received it, opened it, Clicked on links within it, etc. You can access more detailed reports about any of your newsletters by clicking on the subject link for that newsletter.

The report summary for each newsletter is quite detailed about who (and when) has opened the email, clicked on particular links within the email, unsubscribed to the newsletter, etc.
